At LES COUSINES, we aim to deliver your order promptly. All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
For all pre-orders, delayed or backorders, the customer will be notified via email with an expected ship date.

All orders will be shipped using either UPS or USPS based on the customer's shipping address and location.

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.

After your order is processed and fulfilled, an email containing a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched. This email will include a link to the tracking page for you to monitor your shipment's progress.
Once the shipment is in the hands of the shipping provider, any delays or lost items are beyond our liability. It's crucial to provide an accurate shipping address as we cannot take responsibility for the incorrect information provided. If packages are returned due to an inaccurate address, additional shipping charges will be incurred. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for packages lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Shortly after placing an order, you should expect to receive an order confirmation. If you haven't received it, please check your spam or junk email folders and ensure that your email settings permit receiving emails from Najeau.

Returns Guidelines
At Najeau we prioritize your satisfaction above all else. We understand that occasionally, items may not meet your expectations. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty(30) days from the date of receiving your order, provided it meets our return guidelines outlined below

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it - unused, unopened, with all seals intact, tags attached, and in its original packaging. Orders returned beyond the thirty (30) day return window will not be accepted for any form of returns.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please note that sale or promotional discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. -
You have thirty(30)days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All eligible returns of items purchased at full price will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that sale or promotional discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at sammy@tastelescousines.com with your Name and Order Number. If your return meets our return guidlines, we'll provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on the shipment process.
Please note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Upon approval, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus the original shipping costs.
Please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to be present on a banking statement.
